I no it’s been awhile since my last post, It’s been a little crazy at Shawn’s Yard Maintenance. That’s what I’m going to talk about today so check out my video and please leave some feedback. Thanks for watching and remember don’t let stress and those small problems hold you back.
So last week was good and crazy at the same time. It started on Friday the 19th with the epic mower race. Then Saturday we had a kid’s birthday party, fallowed a BBQ hosted by Jeremy Burgess and Jeanna Kiehle it was a lot of fun great food and great company.
Things were still going good at this point, I was invited to go out on a kick ass boat on Monday by Sean Kelly. I thought it would be a great experience for Shawn Jr, so I asked if he could join us we had a blast it was my first time on a great lake. On the boat their was Captain and fishing expert Sean kelly,Jeremy Burgess,Shawn Jr and of course me, we were on lake Erie.
Then the middle of the week and that’s when things got a little rough at Shawn’s Yard Maintenance. On Wednesday we had one of are zero turn mower spring a nice oil leak, it was only down a couple hours and coast less then $30 to fix. About an hour and a half later my other zero turn mower blew a rod busted the piston and trashed the crank, another words the motor blew up that one cost us about $800 but it is back up and making money.
The end of the week was great on August 31 eight years ago my son was born, on last Friday we had his birthday party. He had a blast friends and family presents and cake, followed by a sleep over. then Sunday my niece turned seven more presents and cake.
I would have to say all and all it was a pretty good week.
Getting ready for the race, Shawn Friend challenges Jeremy Burgess to a lawn mower race.
How to eliminate debt, well what started it for me was when Shawn’s Yard Maintenance started to make some pretty good money. Like most Americans I wanted things and i wanted them now, so I financed some new lawn equipment, trucks and a hole lot of credit card debt.
Like i said in the last video about debt. I bought the Transforming Debt Into Wealth system and personally it changed my life and the way I think about money. Basically you start with the smallest amount debt and highest interest rate and apply any extra money you can afford each month in till it is payed, then you apply the extra money and the original payment amount to the next debt. By the time you pay off all the smaller debt you should have a substantial amount of money to apply to your house payment and in a few short years that should be payed of to.
Well happy debt eliminating, and thanks for watching my videos . Check out Shawn’s Yard Maintenance web site and let me know what you think.
Friend family adventures on the Huron River. We started are adventure at W Huron St. and Main St. We went east up stream to Moss lake. Along the way we seen a lot of wild life. One of the first things we saw was a snake, so I decided to get closer to take a picture, the snake jumped off the ledge and almost landed in are canoe. We also seen a lot of turtles, swans and a crane.
Panera bread meetings, advice I got from one of Jesse Boyd’s videos, So I took Jesse Boyd out to lunch on my first lunch meeting. The meeting went well we talked about Redford real estate. This meeting was with Todd Waller, and I also had a great meeting we talked for about an hour and a half.
Eliminating my debt, it started about three years ago when I discovered the Transforming Debt into Wealth System by John Cummuta. Before that my wife and I would argue about finances every time I wanted to finance something new.We were about $150,000 in debt we are now at about $15,000 we are almost debt free
